Each showroom gets up to 10 units at no charge (freight included). Anything beyond the allowance is available at 50% off your net price. Start typing a model — the matching Royal Baths spec sheet loads automatically.

No-charge allowance: 2 freestanding tubs · 3 shower bases · 3 sinks · 2 tub fillers. Allowances don't transfer between categories. Additional units of any type are 50% off net, freight paid by customer.

3 Display agreement

Please read and acknowledge the display terms below.

1. Display package & pricing

GBS supplies up to 2 freestanding tubs, 3 shower bases, 3 sinks and 2 tub fillers at no charge, freight included. Additional units are 50% off Customer's net price, freight paid by Customer.

2. 12-month display period

Customer installs/stages all units in a customer-facing showroom area within 30 days of delivery and keeps them on display for at least 12 months from delivery.

3. Sale of display units (within 24 months)

If a display unit is sold within 24 months of delivery, Customer orders a replacement of the same model (or GBS-approved substitute) at standard net price plus freight, within 30 days of the sale.

4. Early removal

If a unit is removed within the 12-month period and not replaced, GBS invoices Customer for that unit at standard net price.

5. Sale after 24 months

After 24 months from delivery, Customer may sell display units with no replacement obligation.

6. Staff training

Within 30 days of receiving the display, Customer agrees to a showroom staff training conducted by an Royal Baths sales rep.

7. Care & presentation

Units are displayed with current GBS/Royal Baths signage or literature where provided and kept in clean, undamaged condition.

I have read and agree to the Royal Baths Showroom Display Agreement on behalf of the showroom location above, including the 12-month floor commitment and 24-month replacement terms.

I understand additional units beyond the no-charge allowance are billed at 50% off net with freight, and cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates or stocking-program pricing.
